Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer at the 2025 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference. We are a small non-profit and depend on great volunteers to help us coordinate one of the largest child and adolescent mental health conferences in the nation.

Please read the following form information thoroughly and be prepared to commit to all volunteer expectations if accepted as a 2025 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference Volunteer. Detailed volunteer role descriptions can be found here

2025 CHILD & ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH CONFERENCE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Important Details:
This volunteer application will close at midnight on February 15th, 2025. Some volunteer positions will not be confirmed until the number of conference attendees is determined in March 2025. If you are accepted as a volunteer but have already registered and paid to attend the conference, you will be refunded. Volunteers are selected based upon: * Flexibility in availability/position placement * Economic need * Volunteer experience * Timeliness of replies to email and requests * Diversity of applicants (MACMH will select a diverse volunteer base based upon profession, interest, location, etc.)

By checking "I agree" you understand and consent to the following expectations for all volunteers at the 2025 Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference: - Arrive for duties that support workshops (keynote, MHED Talks, and/or breakouts) at least 15 minutes before that particular event's start time. You may have to leave the workshop you were attending previously to be on time for another workshop you are scheduled for. - Dress in business casual clothing. - Be pleasant and accommodating to conference attendees
