Presenter Submission Agreement
If I/we submit a proposal, I understand that I will be agreeing to the following on behalf of all individuals participating in my presentation:
+ I/we agree to use language that respects people of every culture, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, class, ability and background in my presentation and presentation materials, as well as while engaging with event attendees, partners and MACMH staff.
+ I/we warrant that the materials/information provided do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another.
+ My/our presentation may not exceed three (3) presenters.
+ I/we will provide slides/handouts for my/our session electronically to MACMH within 2 weeks of our presentation. MACMH will post these handouts on our website and provide access to all registered conference participants.
+ I/we will not sell products or promote a specific product for personal gain during my/our presentation.
+ Presentation accommodation requests must be specified in my/our proposal in the “Additional Comments” box of the online form. If not included, MACMH may not be able to fulfill my/our request.
+ I/we will be notified within 60 days of my application.
+ If selected to present, I/we understand that we are giving MACMH permission to use my/our likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as may be embodied in any pictures or audio/video recordings taken during the conference. Such pictures and/or audio/video clips will solely serve to support MACMH’s publicity efforts and will not be used for educational purposes.
